Currently serving as an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resource Management and Organization Behaviour at the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), India, Dr. Verma’s journey to this esteemed position is marked by an impressive array of accomplishments and a sterling academic record. With an experience of over five years, Dr. Verma’s teaching prowess extends across diverse programs, including BBA, MBA and PGDM at renowned institutions such as University of Delhi, Delhi Technological University, and Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Ghaziabad. She is actively engaged in guiding and assisting students through various projects, summer internship reports, and dissertations.
